St Pete Home Addition

This was a large project essentially doubling the size of the house. The home owner expressed the following needs.
Budget: $180000
Time Frame: 4-6 months

Living Room - with views of the pond and access to a large covered porch
Master Suite - with dual locations for king bed, views of the pond, and a large walk in closet.
Master Bath - with walk in dual headed shower, water closet and access to the walk in closet.
Indoor Laundry - although this is not in the added space but will be enclosed and accessible from the Master Bath
